CARE is dedicated to remedial educational services. Its mission is to meet the complex needs of students with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties.

Dyslexia is not a disease and has no cure. Dyslexia can cause bright capable emotionally stable individuals to enter a spiral of underachievement. Their difficulty is in the learning, retention and expression of language arts skills when they are taught with conventional method. In addition to having specific language difficulty dyslexics often have a gifted mind. They have strengths and creative abilities that can be trained and taught to work better and better.

They are eminently capable of moving on academically commensurate to their intellectual potential.
